San Diego Community College District asking voters to approve $3.5B bond measure

School districts at all levels around San Diego are asking voters to approve bond measures in November. For example, the San Diego Community College District is seeking $3.5 billion for construction. NBC 7’s Joey Safchik spoke with the chancellor about where the money would go.
