Remains found may be San Diego teen who vanished in Tijuana in 2019, family says

The disappearance of a San Diego teen who vanished on a trip to Tijuana years ago is one step closer to being solved. Family members of Erick Carrillo say remains have been found, and they think it’s him. NBC 7’s Shelby Bremer reports.
