A preliminary 6.2 earthquake hit Baja California Tuesday morning.
The earthquake was reported off the coast East of Vicente Guerrero, south of Ensenada at around 8:39 a.m. local time, according to USGS.
Reports from USGS show people as north as Oceanside and East as San Felipe, Baja California, felt the jolt.
No Tsunami warning was issued.

In Tijuana, Baja California, more than 1,300 people were evacuated from government offices. Images from Ensenada show people evacuated from the Ensenada City hall shortly after the earthquake was reported.

No damages or injuries have been reported.
