Poway Post Office To Be Dedicated to Pearl Harbor Survivor Ray Chavez

A post office in Poway will be dedicated to the oldest Pearl Harbor survivor and Poway resident Ray Chavez. Chavez died in 2018 but his legacy lives on. NBC 7’s Audra Stafford reports.
