Scripps Health announces plans for new medical center campus in San Marcos

Plans have been unveiled for a $1.2 billion Scripps San Marcos medical center campus, which will include a 200- to 500-bed hospital and a roughly 200,000-square-foot ambulatory care building. NBC 7’s Todd Strain reports.
