New California law requires date-rape drug test kits in some bars, clubs

California bars and nightclubs are taking another step toward keeping people safe. A new state law requires nearly 200 establishments in San Diego County to provide date-rape drug testing kits to anyone who asks for one. NBC 7’s Omari Fleming has the story.
