Happy Mother's Day, San Diego! Here are a few shout-outs and photos from our NBC 7 team. We hope all of our mothers and all the other moms out there have a great day!

Happy Mother’s Day to my mom! The one who is always there for me no matter what. She has never not picked up my call. She also somehow always instinctually knows when I need her and will call me every time. I can tell her absolutely anything and she’ll be there to listen and give advice. We also have the exact same humor and are constantly laughing together. She cracks up at my corny jokes. She’s always reading multiple books at a time, watching interesting Ted Talks and educating herself. She taught Jenna and I the power of knowledge and learning. She is also what I like to call a momtrepreneuer. She taught herself how to make beautiful jewelry and then to sell it online and in stores and never gave up when she hit road blocks along the way. She always showed me if someone says no, there’s a yes somewhere else, you just haven’t found it yet. She’s constantly encouraging me to be the best person I can be. I could go on but I’ll start crying. Love you mom!
