National City's 2nd ‘Pumpkins with Police' event provides fall fun for students

National City Police Department Officer Monique Hawk said that she started the event last year to create a positive interaction between kids and police. Dozens of Integrity Charter students participated in pumpkin carving, NBC 7’s Audra Stafford reports.
