Mandatory alcohol sales training headed for Lemon Grove retailers

In Lemon Grove, some local leaders say the city is saturated with shops that sell alcohol.  And they want workers to have more training.  NBC7’s Dave Summers explains why the city hopes it leads to a safer community.
