‘Fat Leonard' sentenced in Navy bribery scandal almost 9 years after pleading guilty

Military contractor Leonard Glenn “Fat Leonard” Francis was sentenced to 15 years in prison and was ordered to pay $20 million restitution, NBC 7’s Todd Strain reports.
