Del Mar city leaders to discuss SANDAG track relocation

Plans to move train tracks off the coastal bluffs in Del Mar may hit a snag.  Del Mar City Council Members plan to discuss filing a lawsuit regarding the LOSSAN Environmental Analysis during a special closed door meeting.  NBC7’s Jeanette Quezada has the details.
