City to clear San Diego Riverbed homeless encampments
The city of San Diego is planning to clear out homeless encampments at the riverbed early Tuesday morning, telling people who live there they have to be out by 7:30 a.m. It’s a large, coordinated effort with multiple agencies – the first of its kind at the riverbed, and it’s being paid for with millions of dollars in state funding. NBC 7’s Shelby Bremer has more on this push, months in the making.
