City of San Diego prepares for King Tides hitting beaches

As some of the highest tides of the year hit San Diego’s coast, the city’s Parks and Recreation Department has been creating protective sand berms along beaches. The King Tides will continue throughout the weekend, NBC’s Audra Stafford reports.
