Chula Vista's Harborside Park on the road to reopening

Harborside Park, a popular park in the South Bay, was shuttered two years ago when it was overwhelmed by crime and drugs centered around a homeless encampment. Now, neighbors are getting excited to finally reopen a safer park. NBC 7’s Joe Little reports.
