Bonita plastic surgeon to enter change of plea in patient death case

A Bonita plastic surgeon accused of murdering his patient during a procedure may not get his trial after all. Dr. Carlos Chacon is expected to change his plea and lose all medical privileges for the rest of his life. NBC 7’s Allison Ash reports on June 24, 2024.
