Big parking changes could be coming to San Diego's Convoy District

Recently, the San Diego City Council approved the formation of various parking districts across the county. The Convoy District Partnership is expected to soon sign a contract that will allow it to manage parking in Kearny Mesa. NBC 7’s Todd Strain explains.
