"She's amazing. She was always laughing, cracking jokes, no drama, and friendly. I don't feel like this is real. Like I can't let it be real because every time I look at her pictures, I picture her coming through the door and her saying, 'hey guys let's hang out tonight hey what's the move?' She's not gonna say that to us anymore. I can't picture it," Vasquez said through tears.
"She was very very lively like you definitely felt her presence every time like she came through," Johnny Martinez, another close friend of Fatima, said. "That's that's one thing that really like made you look forward to every every visit with her or whenever she was trying to hang out, like you you always look forward to that to the energy."
According to the county Sheriff's Department website, Cedillo was booked into the Central Jail and was being held without bail.
