San Diego’s hip Hillcrest neighborhood is known for its food scene and later this month patrons have a chance to try different dishes from dozens of eateries all in one day.
The 15th Annual Taste of Hillcrest will fulfill all foodie fantasies when it takes over the neighborhood on April 18. From noon until 4 p.m., more than 40 restaurants will partake in the self-guided culinary tour that spans more than 12 blocks.
Hungry attendees can treat themselves to savory samples of dishes from all over the world, from Mexican and Thai food to fresh seafood and Italian cuisine.
Pre-sale tickets can be purchased online here for $30 per person.
This year, participating eateries include Hillcrest classics like the Crest Café, Bread and Cie and Urban Mo’s, as well as spots such as D Bar, Heat Bar and Kitchen and Hillcrest Brewing Company.
