Petition Calls for Safer Road After Teen's Death

A 16-year-old high school student was killed in a head-on collision on Steele Canyon Road in the East County and now the community is banding together. NBC 7’s Matt Rascon reports on a petition being backed by residents in an effort to make that dangerous road safer.
