To keep up with the rest of downtown’s weekend playfulness, ‘Top Chef’ Brian Malarkey has decided to open his restaurant for a whimsical Sunday "party" brunch. Since we are already huge fans of Searsucker’s laid back dinner/dance combo—a welcome respite from the bass-thumping club scene—we can’t wait for this tamer, and tastier, alternative to our regular Sunday Funday routine.
With mimosas on our mind, we headed downtown and let mixologist mastermind Ian Ward walk us through his breakfast cocktail menu. Order your own this Sunday, May 1, when Searsucker opens for brunch with a live DJ set by Ikah Love.
