San Diego police release sketch of man impersonating officer who tried to lure kids

The man, who appeared to be in his late 20s, approached the minors, ages 9 and 12, at Keiller Park on Woodrow Avenue about 10 a.m. March 11, reports NBC 7’s Jeanette Quezada.
