Plan to add more license plate readers in San Diego County advances

The sheriff’s department is one step closer to expanding license plate readers across the county, but supervisors voted today to keep looking into the plans, before they make a final decision. NBC 7’s Shandel Menezes has more from Spring Valley, one of the cities on the table.
