Heavy rain puts San Diego County infrastructure to the test

A powerful winter storm brought widespread and heavy rainfall to San Diego County. With the rain comes the possibility of flooding. NBC 7’s Dana Williams was in Sorrento Valley with a look at how infrastructure there was handling the wet conditions.
