Health impact of TJ River sewage crisis

Local health officials are getting a closer look at the CDC’s survey of the impact of South Bay pollution from the Tijuana River. Tuesday night the interim Public Health Officer shared the very telling results of a survey done last year of residents in and around Imperial Beach. NBC7’s Dave Summers tells us more about what’s happening to fix the problems.
