San Diego Humane Society Employee, Jasmin Belisario, and a four-legged friend join NBC 7’s Brooke Martell in the studio to talk about the tips and tricks pet owners can implement this Halloween. 

A four-legged friend named Charity joined a San Diego Humane Society employee to help spread the word about the pets that need homes and the various resources provided by the Humane Society. 

While the NBC 7 and Telemundo 20 Clear the Shelters campaign is officially over, there are still so many pets in need of love and we’re here to continue to raise awareness. Maybe Mochi would be a good fit for you? She’s a 7-year-old German-Shepherd mix, located at the San Diego Humane Society.

Meet Buck, #901260. The San Diego Humane Society says he’s a wonderful one-year-old Shepherd mix. He was surrendered due to no fault of his own. The outbreak is pausing dog surrenders at Humane Society shelters and for two weeks, only strays will be accepted.

Nearly three dozen animals are safe Wednesday after being rescued by San Diego Humane Society officers from a home in San Ysidro that was experiencing flooding because of a plumbing issue.
