The Star of India puts on its scariest face and celebrates Halloween with spooky tales of ghosts and goblins.
Imagine touring below decks, led by a salty old guide with nothing but a lantern to light the way. Along the way you'll hear the stories of at least two sailors who, as legend goes, died aboard ship and who's spirits still haunt the Star from time to time. Chances are pretty good you'll cross paths with a few other frightening sites as well.
For the little ones there's a carnival on Saturday starting at 11 a.m. You can buy tickets ahead of time and they're good not only for the Star of India but the entire Maritime Museum.
