In other shows around town, the Che Underground Collective has a show at Lestat's with a photo show from Casbah photographer Sean McMullen (see some of his pics in this week's update of Screen Grabs: Why We Love the Casbah), our friends at Sezio are presenting a show at Bar Pink with Beach Fossils and the Ferocious Few, who impressed Comic-Con onlookers by setting up a pop-up show at the busy convention center trolley stop last week. There's plenty of other rock & roll goodness happening tonight, so staying home is just simply not an option.
At the risk of getting punched in the face for recommending Transfer again, with openers like Republic of Letters, the Paddle Boat and Sea of Cortez, tonight is gonna rock your socks off. However, if you missed your chance to see the Obits last night, they're doing another show tonight, this time at the Che Cafe, so it's worth the drive to UCSD to catch them.'
